Dr. Althea 147 Barrier Cream is a rich, silky moisturizer built on a "1-4-7" approach to barrier care — combining multiple ceramide types with 7 forms of hyaluronic acid to replenish moisture and reinforce a compromised skin barrier. The result is a cushiony cream that absorbs without feeling heavy, leaving skin softer, calmer, and comfortably hydrated.

Centella Asiatica and Paeonia Albiflora flower extract help calm irritation, while ceramides work to hold skin cells together and reduce moisture loss over time. Formulated for skin that feels dry, tight, sensitive, or simply overwhelmed, this barrier cream also works well as a "sandwich" layer around actives like retinoids to cushion skin and lock in hydration.

How to Use

Apply as the final step of your routine, after cleansing, toning, essence, serum and any actives, before sunscreen. Dispense a small amount and gently press and spread across the face until fully absorbed. Use morning and night as your primary moisturizer. When using retinoids or other potentially irritating actives, apply a layer before and after for extra cushioning.
