Shipping Policy

At Glamourface.co (operated by Glamour Face Perfumes & Cosmetics Trading L.L.C), we aim to deliver your favorite beauty, perfume, and cosmetics products safely and efficiently across the United Arab Emirates and the GCC region.

1. Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Saturday).
Orders placed on Sundays or UAE Public Holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive an email and/or SMS confirmation with a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.

2. GCC Regional Shipping

We ship to all GCC countries via trusted courier partners :

Estimated GCC Delivery Time: 3 – 7 business days from dispatch.
GCC Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination country.
Customs Duties & Import Taxes: Orders shipped outside the UAE may be subject to import duties, taxes, or clearance fees levied by the destination country’s customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our checkout price.

3. Shipment Tracking

Once your package is picked up by the courier, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation message containing your tracking link and order details. You can use this link to follow your delivery status in real-time.

4. Correct Address & Failed Deliveries

Please ensure that your delivery address, mobile phone number, and city details are entered accurately at checkout.
Couriers will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times. If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect phone number, wrong address, or repeated missed calls, the package may be returned to our warehouse. Re-shipping fees may apply for re-dispatch.

5. Damaged or Missing Parcels

Please inspect your package upon arrival. If your package arrives visibly damaged, leaking, or tampered with, take photos/videos immediately and contact us within 48 hours.
